Due to the recent economic decline and desire to enact large-scale health reform, the current federal regulation of health plans and other employee benefits has received considerable congressional attention. Harley will address the protections offered by ERISA and requirements relating to reporting and  disclosure required by all businesses. He will talk about the new and changing responsibilities of plan fiduciaries and other issues regarding plan administration. We have also asked Harley to share some tips on advanced planning that you may want to consider to minimize the financial impact on your business.
